This summer school teaches relevant management principles in an action-oriented outdoor & white water environment of Claro, Tessin in Switzerland. The course language is English.
Like the environment for managers in a company the environment of white water for a kayaker is marked through uncertain, unpredictable markets and settings, which demands again and again strategic target-orientated decisions by the actors. You learn relevant management principles effectively and directly exercised in action and individually reflected in a teaching concept called “White Water Management”. We combine modern management knowledge, which is learned with white water kayaking. This approach leads even beginners through the experience of white water straight to the core tasks of management. Therefore: Beginners are welcome! It’s about skills, not about muscles!
