Ambivalences of Europeanization
“Ambivalences of Europeanization” aims to discuss and incrementally develop a new, comprehensive concept of Europeanization.

This summer program is designed for students in European Studies, Global Studies, History, Social Studies, Cultural Studies, Business Administration and Economics.
We intend to reframe current understandings of “Europeanization”, still dominated by teleological and linear thinking, so as to better incorporate its historic, institutional, and symbolic connotations.
Depending on the type of assignment, it can also be possible to obtain up to 9 ECTS.
EUR 1095: Participation fee [including two courses, accommodation, lunch on weekdays and transaction costs, additional guest lectures given by international renowned speakers, extracurricular activities, free access to university facilities (library, computer and study rooms), official certificate & transcript of records] Please note that an additional tax is charged, which amounts to 19 percent of the sum.
EUR 400: Tuition fee [For students from our partner universities, the tuition fee is waived. For a possible exception from the tuition fee, please contact us via your study abroad office]
